So much of the greatest moments of skating have been captured on video. The biggest rails, biggest gaps, everything teetering on the impossible, has been captured and uploaded to the internet.

But there are other kinds of “greatest moments” of skating that haven’t been captured to the degree that they should have been.. Those moments are the ones that happen mostly behind the scenes. The inside jokes with your friends, the banter, the camaraderie that comes from expending way too much effort at a spot together. These moments are what keeps us all hooked on skating. Why isn’t this stuff captured more often?

That’s my goal with “4 the Streets.”

Not everyone can do the best trick, but anyone can have the best time.
